Health...what does it mean? The students had a lot of opinions to these questions some were right and some were misconceptions. Over the next few months we will discuss what being healthy really means and what their responsibilities are to keep themselves healthy and active.

Class activity:
Students have been put into groups of 4-5. The assignment that I have given them is to create a rap, poem, song or a skit that tells about healthy living. The students have been given a rubric detailing what they are responsible for in this activity. They will perform them in class next Friday.
